Paper Submission

Guidelines

Authors must submit a full paper for oral presentation. Submitted papers must be original, unpublished, and not under review by any other conference or journal.

All papers must adhere strictly to formatting guidelines. Non-compliance may lead to rejection.

Each submission will undergo a peer-review process by at least two independent international reviewers, along with a plagiarism check in accordance with Springer plagiarism guidelines.

Review Process

The conference follows a double-blind peer review process to ensure an unbiased and rigorous evaluation of all submissions, maintaining the high-quality standards of ICICET 2026.

Presentation and Publication

Presentation of Accepted Papers

ICICET 2025 features only full-length research papers, which can be presented in one of two formats:

  • On-site Presentation (Recommended for enhanced networking and engagement)
  • Online Presentation (For those unable to attend in person)

While authors may select their preferred presentation mode, in-person participation is strongly encouraged.

Publication & Indexing

All accepted and presented papers will be published in Scopus-indexed conference proceedings or peer-reviewed journals, each assigned a unique DOI.

These papers will be accessible online and submitted for indexing in leading digital libraries and indexing services, ensuring broad visibility and impact.
